1. How much is shipping and why?
We offer free domestic shipping within the USA on all orders of $75 or more. For orders within the continental United States and under the value of $75, standard shipping is $4.98 and delivered in 4-8 business days. Priority shipping is available for more with delivery in 3-6 business days. Exact pricing for priority shipping will depend on the total volume and weight of the order.
We also offer free international shipping on all international orders of $250 or more. For international orders with a value under $250, we offer shipping with exact pricing dependent on the total volume and weight of the order.
2. When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. PST (Monday – Friday) usually ship the same day. Orders not shipped the same day will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will be shipped on the following business day.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We are happy to tell you that we ship internationally, depending on the location we will ship internationally.
International (outside the U.S.A.) customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty, and Customs charges. Your local government determines duty and customs charges, which vary by country. Duties, taxes, and/or customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting. We’re confident you’ll love your PNP Supplements products, however, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply notify us, let us know why you’re dissatisfied, and we’ll refund you the full purchase price right away.

With any purchase of our products, we ask that you try your PNP Supplements products for at least two weeks to give them a fair shot. 2. Do you accept multiple unit refunds?
Please note that if you purchase multiple units of a product and are not satisfied, we will refund the cost of one opened unit/container and any remaining unopened units/containers must be returned to PNP Supplements before a refund can be issued.
3. Do you accept multiple order refunds?
We trust you, but to protect ourselves against fraud, the 100% Money-Back Guarantee is valid only for first-time purchase of a product, and redeemable up to 90 days after purchase. If your order consists of five units of the same product, we will only refund the first opened unit of the order and any other unopened unit from the same order.
Can I return or exchange clothing that I've purchased?
Aside from trying on an item for fit (with protective undergarments), all clothing and soft goods must be returned for a refund or exchange to be issued. Returns must be in new and saleable condition with original tags attached, enclosed in the original packaging, and returned/exchanged within 90 days of the purchase date. Clothing and soft good items do not qualify for a return or exchange if they have been used, washed, or had the original tags removed. If you feel that a clothing item has manufacturing defects or flaws, please contact us right away for return/exchange instructions.
What are the instruction to make a return?
If you are returning a product(s), please enclose a copy of your order receipt, with instructions noting whether you would like a refund or an exchange, on the back of your printed order receipt. Returned items should be returned in their original product packaging. When requesting an exchange, please make sure to note any new products, flavors, or sizes for the exchange to ensure that you are sent the desired exchange item(s).

5. How does GovX verify my affiliation?
There are several ways you can verify your status to get approved for a GovX ID. The verification methods depend on your affiliation. You only need ONE verification method to be approved.
Most verifications only take a minute to complete online. However, if for any reason GovX ID needs to review your verification request, their friendly team will work with you to get you through the process as quickly as possible.
Verification via Email
If you have a valid work email address, you can use it to get approved for GovX. Simply enter your work email (like a .mil or .govaddress) when prompted during online registration. The GovX system will either auto-verify the address and send you a confirmation email to ensure the address is valid.
Verification via Document Upload
You can upload any document that reasonably supports your status into the GovX online registration form. This could include a DD214, department ID card, pay stub, award certificate, benefits stub, or another appropriate document. The eligible documents depend on the affiliation you're verifying for and GovX will supply you with a complete list during the registration process.
When uploading a document, you may redact any sensitive information like membership numbers, driver's license numbers, or social security numbers. Please note that any documents uploaded for verification are instantly removed from the GovX system after your membership has been approved. GovX does not store your documents in their system!
Verification via DMDC
If you are active military or served in the military after1984, GovX can automatically verify your status with the Defense Manpower DataCenter (DMDC for short). This check happens automatically in the GovX system and is the fastest way to verify your status.
DMDC stands for Defense Manpower Data Center. The DMDC is a database to catalog the history of personnel in the military on behalf of the Department of Defense. The DMDC processes more than 5 million data requests each day.

6. Where is my GovX activation email?
If you choose to verify your status via your work email, theGovX system will automatically validate the authenticity of the address. In most cases, this only takes a few seconds. However, if GovX is unable to authenticate the address the GovX team will review it, which may take up to 24hours. Once your email address has been verified as valid you will receive an activation link to verify ownership of the email address. You must click this link in order to validate that the email address belongs to you.
This activation email is automatically triggered by the GovXsystem as necessary and only takes a few seconds to be delivered to your inbox. However, on rare occasions, internal firewalls and spam filters can block theGovX activation email from being received.
