Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin (Cluster Dextrin): This carbohydrate was first introduced in Japan and has gained recognition for its mix ability, ultra low osmolarity and ability to pass through the stomach and intestines quickly. This is ideal for post training glycogen reloading. Additionally, cluster dextrin improves the solubility of other ingredients that are absorbed with it. In any nutritional formula, it is essential that the nutrients found in it are available for ingestion and soluble in water or other liquids. Cluster Dextrin helps with this by passing through the stomach and intestines very quickly and pulling along with it, the other ingredients found in Recover Surge. L-Taurine: This organic compound was first discovered in 1827 by German scientists in bulls, in fact, its name is derived from the Latin word Taurus meaning bull. It is an organic acid widely distributed in body tissues.
