3/4 cup Ripe Banana (about 1 large banana)
3/4 cup Egg Whites
1/2 cup Plain low fat greek yogurt (I use plain yogurt)

2 scoops Whey-Pro 5 – Banana Crème Flavor
1/4 cup Baking Stevia or 1/2 cups sweetener of choice
1 Teaspoon Banking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Cinnamon
Once you have everything blended up and ready to go, preheat oven at 350 degrees. Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray, or line it with foil liners. Be sure to spray liners if you use liners. Divide mixture evenly between 12 muffin tins. Place in oven and bake for 15 – 18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
