Recover Surge Popsicles

The same old recovery meals and supplements can get old real quick. After a hard training session try cooling off with a Recover Surge Popsicle and keep your recovery fresh during the summer months. These Recover Surge Popsicles taste great with the coconut – pineapple flavor, they cool you off and still make sure you’re getting the needed nutrients to optimize your recovery. Prep them in under 5 minutes and put them in the freezer the night before to make sure they’re ready for after your workout.

Ingredients
1 Popsicle tray
2 – 3 cups of water
2 – 3 servings of Recover Surge

Directions
Mix water and Recover Surge in measuring cup then pour into popsicle tray until the tray is full. Place on a flat surface in the freezer overnight. After training, remove from freezer and enjoy.
