Another great benefit about shakes is that you can easily create a different shake without many different ingredients or prep work. With that in mind, I put together 6-morning power protein shakes you can easily create when you’re on the go to keep you healthy. Simply follow the direction below, blend the ingredients together and pour into a cup.

Busy Man’s Power Shake

Ingredients:

1 cup – Unsweetened almond milk

2 servings – Perfect Raw Green Super Food

1 serving – Whey-Pro 5

1 pack – Sambazon pure unsweetened açai

1 cup – Raw organic blueberries frozen

1 tbsp – Organic maca powder

1 tbsp – Organic raw cacao powder

1 tbsp – Organic cacao nibs

1 tbsp – Organic raw honey

 

Complete Energy Power Shake

Ingredients:

1 cup – Unsweetened almond milk

½ cup – Coconut water

2 servings – Perfect Raw Green Super Food
