Digestive Enzymes

Amino acids are then absorbed into your bloodstream, where they are distributed into your muscle tissue, cells and other body tissues.

Your body has the ability to absorb whey protein at a rate of 8g to 10g per hour, so the maximum amount of whey protein you can absorb per sitting is roughly 15g.
