6 Morning Power Protein Shakes

A well planed shake can provide everything you need from protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats and fiber all in one easy to-go cup to keep you healthy without slowing you down.

Another great benefit about shakes is that you can easily create a different shake without many different ingredients or prep work. With that in mind, I put together 6-morning power protein shakes you can easily create when you’re on the go to keep you healthy. Simply follow the direction below, blend the ingredients together and pour into a cup.

Busy Man’s Power Shake

Ingredients:

1 cup – Unsweetened almond milk

2 servings – Perfect Raw Green Super Food

1 serving – Whey-Pro 5

1 pack – Sambazon pure unsweetened açai

1 cup – Raw organic blueberries frozen

1 tbsp – Organic maca powder

1 tbsp – Organic raw cacao powder

1 tbsp – Organic cacao nibs

1 tbsp – Organic raw honey

 

Complete Energy Power Shake

Ingredients:

1 cup – Unsweetened almond milk

½ cup – Coconut water

2 servings – Perfect Raw Green Super Food

½ cup – Raw organic coconut meat

½ cup – Raw organic cashews

1 serving – Whey-Pro 5

1 pack – Sambazon pure unsweetened açai

1 cup – Raw organic blueberries frozen

1 tbsp – Organic maca powder

Coffee Lovers Delight

Ingredients:

10 cubes of ice.

2 shots – Espresso chilled

1 tbsp – Cacao powder

1 tbsp – Cacao Nibs

1 tbsp – Raw honey

 

Brain Proof Energy Shake

Ingredients:

2 shots – Espresso chilled

1 cup – Almond milk

2 tbsp – Almond butter

½ cup – Raw organic coconut meat

1 tbsp – flax seeds

1tbsp – Vanilla extract

1 serving – Whey-Pro 5

1serving – Athletic Greens

 

Banana-Cocoa Power Shake

Ingredients:

1 cup – Almond Milk

1 serving – Athletic Greens

1 medium – Banana

1 cup – Spinach

2 tbsp – Natural sunflower seed butter

1 tbsp – Cacao powder

 

Tropical Power Shake

Ingredients:
